As each order is custom-made, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect selections made during ordering.

In case of any damage during transit, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and a detailed description. We will evaluate such cases individually to offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed with an advance payment are non-cancellable.

No cancellations or modifications will be accepted after advance has been paid and the customization process has begun.
